In this role, you will play a vital part in the acquisitions process, working closely with property sellers ensuring a smooth transaction that meets the needs of all parties involved.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and Networking: Build and maintain relationships with property sellers to create a steady pipeline of potential deals.Property Evaluation: Analyze and assess properties to determine fair market value, identify potential repair costs, and evaluate the investment potential.Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with sellers to secure contracts that align with the company's investment strategy, working to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.Lead Management: Use our CRM (Monday.com) effectively to manage leads, document interactions, and follow up systematically to maximize conversion rates.Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends and local market conditions to provide informed recommendations on potential acquisitions.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful deal closures.Consistent Communication: Maintain clear and ongoing communication with all stakeholders throughout the acquisition process, keeping sellers informed and engaged.About the FoundersJoin Kingdom Homes and work directly alongside esteemed founders, Jordan Wise and Daniel Newman, who bring a wealth of expertise in real estate, technology, and business growth.
