Acquisitions Associate Contractor with USD payment – Full-time – Remote About our client: https://www.infinitiproperties.com/ About the role We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Acquisitions Associate to support the sourcing and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities across the Florida market. This role suits someone who is proactive, resourceful, and confident building connections within the real estate ecosystem. You will work closely with senior leadership across the full acquisition lifecycle from initial outreach through closing. Key Responsibilities Source properties through broker outreach, property owner engagement, networking, and market intelligence tools. Conduct market research, property comparisons, and preliminary property assessments to identify viable opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, owners, and other market contacts. Assist with due diligence activities including coordinating inspections, reviewing zoning and regulatory information, and managing required documentation. Support the negotiation and transaction process by facilitating communication among all stakeholders. Track deal pipelines, maintain updated records, and provide consistent updates to leadership. Stay informed on local market trends, neighborhood dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting real estate activity in Florida. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, development, or related transactional roles. Strong knowledge of Florida’s real estate market and transaction processes. Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to build trust quickly.
