Job OverviewPebble Ridge Capital Group (PRCG) is a private equity firm specializing in self-storage and industrial real estate. We are seeking an Acquisitions Associate to assist with the analysis of new real estate deals and determining whether they meet our acquisition criteria.ResponsibilitiesThis role has 2 key responsibilitiesReach out to & build relationships with brokers and property owners who have properties listed for sale.Conduct basic financial analysis on the properties to determine whether they meet out acquisition criteria.RequirementsStrong verbal and written English communication skills, to interact with US-based brokers and property ownersStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Comfortable using advance formulas and conducting data analysisThis is a fast-paced role, with expectations that you will analyze 20-40 deals a week. The ability to multi-task and keep up with fast-paced work is important.Available Monday through Friday, during US working hoursPrevious experience in financial analysis, data modeling, or real estate acquisitions preferred.Compensation$1,000 USD per month
