In BYD we are looking our next Fresh graduate Automotive Analyst to support the automotive sales and service teams by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process. This is a commercial Role, not related to manufacturing, design or any similar position in plant.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for BYD dealer service store and competitor service store secret visits, regularly feedback research resultsSupport the definition and presentation of service packages, warranty options, and maintenance programs.Promote the improvement of sales service and verify the closure of the issues found in visitResponsible for PDI and after-sales issues and follow-up, facilitate rapid implementation of improvement projectConduct product and service demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for potential clients and partners.Requirements:Fresh graduate of Automotive Engineering, Marketing Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.NO MORE of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry in sales roles.Basic understanding of dealer environment and quality serviceExcellent communication and presentation skills.Advanced English proficiencyAble to trave to do business trips nation wide"At BYD Mexico, we promote equal employment opportunities and respect for diversity.
