No Evenings).ResponsibilitiesSoft collection calls.Maintain accurate records of all communication in our database in a comprehensible way.Tackle challenges by understanding and resolving problems; passionately exploring diverse solutions; and escalating unresolved matters.Demonstrate a positive attitude while engaging in a fun and challenging work environment.Maintain outstanding quality assurance results plus working knowledge of compliance guidelines.Education/SkillsFluent in English both written and verbal communication skills.Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.Experience2-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.Additional SkillsStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and call control.Strong MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and typing skills required.Strong Customer Service skills.Open minded; able to set aside personal feelings.BenefitsSalary: $18,000 – $20,000 MXN per month.Attendance bonus $2,****** MXN.Unlimited customer service bonus.Referral program up to $500 Dlls.Standard law benefits.Work Location: Close to Plaza Reforma 222, Metrobus Hamburgo.CompanyGenesis Management is a fintech venture backed company that processes short-term signature loans for lenders.
