Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de vinculación de clientes al banco a través del entendimiento de sus necesidades financieras y oportunidades de mercado. Identificar las oportunidades de vinculación de clientes con base en análisis por segmento y grupo de clientes y a través de tres grandes etapas: 1) Onboarding, 2) Portafolio Management, 3) Retention. Establecer los palancas y procedimientos de mejora para rentabilizar el portafolio de clientes por etapa de ciclo de vida, en coordinación con áreas multidisciplinarias (Productos, Canales, áreas de soporte y control por ej.) Diseñar y dirigir los esfuerzos de equipos de Análisis para el mayor entendimiento de oportunidades de negocio por grupo de clientes. Coordinar la implementación de estrategias de rentabilidad del portafolio de clientes, basadas en los fundamentos analíticos, a través de distintos canales de contacto con clientes (ATM, Sucursales, Call Centre, por ej.) Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de “Lead Management” en sincronía con equipos de Producto, Segmentos, Canales y CRM, basada en las tres principales etapas del Ciclo de Vida del Cliente (Onboarding, Portafolio Management y Retention) Participar en distintos foros regionales y globales para entender y compartir mejores prácticas relacionadas a la administración de ciclo de vida del cliente. Construir el plan estratégico de penetración por producto del portafolio de clientes activos en alineación a las necesidades de cada negocio. Requerimientos: Experiencia laboral mínima: 3 años generando estrategias para clientes de banca de consumo. Dominio de los distintos productos y servicios financieros de banca de consumo. Alta capacidad de negociación y liderazgo con equipos de alto desempeño. Alta capacidad de manejo de estrés y conflictos.
