Buscamos un SDR con mentalidad cazadora , enfocado en prospectar desde cero , abrir mercado y construir pipeline sin depender de bases de datos ni leads entrantes. Este rol es para alguien que disfruta la prospección activa, el contacto en frío y el reto de generar oportunidades donde aún no existen. Requisitos Experiencia comprobable en ventas B2B, desarrollo de negocios o SDR outbound . Capacidad para investigar cuentas y decisores desde cero. Comunicación clara, estructurada y orientada a generar conversaciones. Alta tolerancia al rechazo y disciplina diaria. Interés genuino en tecnología y procesos comerciales. Responsabilidades Investigar y construir tu propia cartera de prospectos (sin bases preasignadas). Ejecutar prospección outbound multicanal: llamadas, correo y LinkedIn. Calificar leads (MQL / SQL) con base en criterios claros. Agendar reuniones calificadas para el equipo de cierre. Registrar y gestionar actividades en CRM. Optimizar mensajes y procesos de prospección de forma continua. Deseable Experiencia en entornos B2B, startups o empresas de servicios. Manejo de CRM y herramientas de prospección. Familiaridad con métricas de outbound (contactos, reuniones, conversión). Ofrecemos Sueldo neto mensual: $15,000 MXN Comisiones por oportunidades calificadas y clientes cerrados.
