OverviewSenior Wireless Network Engineer – Juniper Mist (Remote/LatAm). Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Wireless Network Engineer with deep expertise in Juniper Mist and strong hands-on experience in Fortinet firewalls. This role requires a senior professional (7–10 years) capable of leading large-scale wireless infrastructure projects and supervising other engineers. You will lead a campus-to-enterprise wireless migration from Cisco to Juniper Mist, oversee day-to-day operations, mentor teams, and ensure exceptional network performance across a global environment.ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, deployment, and optimization of Juniper Mist wireless solutionsLeverage Mist AI and Marvis to deliver proactive performance improvementsSupervise and coordinate a team of wireless engineers, ensuring KPIs and project milestones are metOversee Fortinet firewall configurations and security integrations at the wireless edgeExecute advanced site surveys, RF planning, and multi-site wireless deploymentsDocument topologies, heatmaps, policies, and troubleshooting proceduresCollaborate with security, systems, and cloud teams to ensure secure wireless accessRequired Qualifications7–10 years in enterprise wireless network engineering5+ years working with Juniper Mist1–3 years managing Fortinet Firewall environmentsProven experience supervising or leading wireless engineering teamsCertificationsPreferred: CWNP, CCNP Wireless, JNCIP-ENTBonus: Fortinet NSE4+Technical SkillsDeep knowledge of 802.11 standards, RF design, and wireless securityHands-on experience with Mist Dashboard, Marvis, and AI-driven wireless optimizationFortiOS policy creation, threat response, and Wi-Fi security integrationPython and API usage for automation/analyticsStrong documentation and playbook developmentPreferred TraitsStrategic, hands-on leadershipStrong organizational and planning abilitiesExcellent communication with both technical and non-technical teamsEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesStaffing and RecruitingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at International Digital Partners by 2xSign in to set job alerts for “Network Engineer” roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
