Objetivo Del Puesto Integrarse rápidamente a la red de AT&T, documentar y analizar su infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, brindar soporte técnico de alto nivel y colaborar en la resolución de incidencias y mejoras en entornos core de red. Ofrecemos Modalidad híbrida. Mayormente remoto, ocasionalmente visitas a Polanco o Tlalnepantla. $70,000 - $75,000 brutos Contratación 100% nómina Prestaciones completas de ley Aguinaldo de 30 días SGMM para colaborador, cónyuge y dependientes económicos Seguro de gastos médicos menores Seguro de vida Seguro dental $2,000 Vales de despensa Cursos y certificaciones pagadas por la consultora Responsabilidades Clave Comprender y navegar la topología de red de AT&T en un plazo máximo de 3 semanas. Documentar y analizar infraestructuras de red de telecomunicaciones. Participar en reuniones técnicas con el cliente y equipos multidisciplinarios. Brindar soporte técnico avanzado en tecnologías core de red (BGP, EVPN, etc.). Colaborar en la resolución de incidentes y optimización de la red. Requisitos Indispensables Certificación Cisco CCNP activa (obligatorio). Conocimiento sólido en plataformas Nokia (obligatorio). Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en redes de telecomunicaciones. Dominio de protocolos: BGP, EVPN, IP, TCP, transporte y datacom. Experiencia en documentación y análisis de redes. Conocimiento general de redes VoLTE. Habilidades de comunicación avanzadas para trato directo con cliente.
