The role demands impeccable attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.ResponsibilitiesEfficiently manage and maintain the calendars of the Chief People Officer, CFO, and General Counsel, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled appropriately and potential conflicts are proactively addressed.Track, review, and reconcile expenses for the executive team, adhering to company policies and guidelines.Assist in the preparation and review of presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.Arrange international and domestic travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa arrangements as required.Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events involving the executive team, including logistical arrangements and follow‑up actions.Organize and maintain critical files, records, and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up‑to‑date.Support the executives in ad‑hoc projects and assignments, collaborating with other team members as necessary.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.4+ years of professional experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant productivity tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Perks & BenefitsHybrid teams bringing top talent from Mexico, the US, and around the globe.Work from prime office spaces in the Reforma area of Mexico City.Comprehensive benefits with excellent medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage for you and your family.Annual wellness programs featuring mental and physical well‑being, reimbursements, company‑wide wellness days, and volunteer opportunities.Additional perks including a savings fund, monthly teleworking allowance, grocery vouchers, and travel insurance.LinkedIn Learning License for self‑paced learning opportunities.Flexible time off policy with no limit on the number of days off.Our MissionWe provide a healthcare communication solution that radically improves the way care is delivered.
