Purpose:Lead Mx Inventory Management team that support the DTC and WS channel including the distributor customers that belong to MX P&L (Argentina, Uruguay, Venezuela and Panamá) to keep product availability/service level and stable inventory levels for a business with more than 14 Million UnitsSales and $300 Million USD.Key Results:Generation and fulfillment of Levis brand OTBCompliance with the weekly PO emission plan for the Levis brand.Compliance and improvement in the inventory return policy for the Levis brand.Compliance and improvement of inventory coverage of the Levis brandCompliance and improvement of the E&O policy of the Levis brandCompliance with and improvement of the $ inventory level policy based on current policies.Generate an excellent work environment within the CIM MX team.Key Responsibilities:Consolidate the results for the Levis brand with its three categories Top/Bottom/Accessories, as well as in its four genders men/women/boys/girls and the distributorsThe IM MX Mgr is responsible to lead and support the development of 4 direct reports, one PO Desk responsible for the PO Issuance for the Mx and distributors POs, two MX Planners, one for Men and one for Women, and the distributors planner that covers the seasonals buy for the customers IAC (Panama), NIUZAI (Venezuela), LEURU/MARTEX (Argentina and Uruguay), all these accounts belongs to MX P&L as distributors are included as WS accounts under financial booksEnsure the issuance of purchase orders in time for your team based on the weekly requirements of PCONF / Issuance of POs.Monthly consolidation of the OTB shopping plan for the Levis brand with all its categories and genres.Tracking purchase orders from your team to ensure supplier SLAs and avoid supply chain delaysMonitoring of Ship Risk of the Levis brand as well as action plans to minimize risk levels of the brand in general.Monthly consolidation, monitoring and improvement of E&O for the Levis brand.Troubleshooting of your work team in terms of issuing orders, order planning, expediting, delay problems during the logistics processMonthly communication and interaction with Distributors and commercial teams to align distributors revenue recognition and deliveries calendar.The IM MX Manager is also responsible for calculating and effectively communicate the projected inventory levels in the Mx Distribution Center and work in partnership to logistics, global supply management and sourcing supplier managers to align Improves or defers request in the Product Buys, this of course with approval and alignment with the business commercial and financial leads.The IM Mx Manager is also responsible to provide clear and accurate information the MX commercial and financial leads about the status of the product arrivals, this through the Monthly Mx Operations Meeting where the IM-MX Mgr brins the status of the CORE product ship fill rate, In Season and Next Season fashion ship risk, and Distributors product availability status to match the Sales/Revenue Targets.LOCATION Mexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIME Full timeCurrent LS&Co Employees, apply via your Workday account.#J-*****-Ljbffr #J-18808-Ljbffr
