Descripción del trabajoDescriptionWildfork.mx is an e-commerce company that delivers high-quality food products directly to customers' homes.We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and quality products.Job SummaryResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage a team of 5 customer care representativesEnsure that customer care representatives provide excellent customer service and handle claims and issues in a timely and efficient mannerWork closely with the e-commerce last mile operations team to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and to the customer's satisfactionHandle escalated customer issues and complaintsDevelop and implement customer care policies and proceduresMonitor and report on customer care performance metricsTrain and develop customer care representatives to improve their skills and knowledgeParticipate in the recruitment and hiring process for customer care representativesRequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field3-5 years of experience in customer care, including experience managing a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience in handling escalated customer issues and complaintsFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms and last mile operationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesBilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
