What You’ll Be Doing Forecast Management Process and consolidate customer forecasts regularly Work with Sales and Account teams to understand upcoming demand drivers Maintain up-to-date demand signals for accurate planning inputs Forecast Accuracy Track and report forecast accuracy by customer, product, and region Analyze trends and highlight significant variances Recommend adjustments to improve forecast reliability over time Exception Management Review and address exceptions Investigate root causes of demand spikes or gaps Work with cross‑functional teams to validate and resolve anomalies Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with teams across Sales, Operations, Finance to align on assumptions and key planning inputs Support the monthly demand review and S&OP cycles with data‑driven insights Reporting & Analysis Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to track forecast health Provide visibility into forecast trends, changes, and risks What We Are Looking For 3+ years of experience in supply chain roles Experience with data analysis and visualization Intermediate‑advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, logical functions, etc.) Excellent verbal and written English skills The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More (Preferred) Experience with Oracle Demantra or other ERPs Knowledge/experience with Power BI Work Arrangement Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home Benefits 30 days Christmas bonus 40% vacation premium 12 vacation days + 2 floating days & sick days Vision and Dental Assistance Life Insurance Healthcare Insurance 10% Food/Pantry Vouchers Restaurant Vouchers 13% Savings Fund Growth Opportunities, and more Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Arrow Components by 2x.
