This role is responsible for processing customer forecasts, tracking forecast accuracy, and managing demand exceptions.**How to Apply:****Internal Employees:**Please submit your updated resume in English and ensure you use only your Arrow email address. **External Candidates:**Please submit your updated resume in English.**What You'll Be Doing:*** Forecast Management + Process and consolidate customer forecasts regularly + Work with Sales and Account teams to understand upcoming demand drivers + Maintain up-to-date demand signals for accurate planning inputs* Forecast Accuracy + Track and report forecast accuracy by customer, product, and region + Analyze trends and highlight significant variances + Recommend adjustments to improve forecast reliability over time* Exception Management + Review and address exceptions + Investigate root causes of demand spikes or gaps + Work with cross-functional teams to validate and resolve anomalies* Cross-Functional Collaboration + Partner with teams across Sales, Operations, and Finance to align on assumptions and key planning inputs + Support the monthly demand review and S&OP cycles with data-driven insights* Reporting & Analysis + Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to track forecast health + Provide visibility into forecast trends, changes, and risks**What We Are Looking For:*** 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain roles* Experience with data analysis and visualization.* Intermediate-advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, logical functions, etc.)* Excellent verbal and written English skills.**The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (preferred)*** Experience with Oracle Demantra or other ERPs.* Knowledge/experience with Power BI.**Work Arrangement:*** Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home**What's In It For You:**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
