The company is a pioneer of global distributed collaboration, with 1200+ colleagues in 75+ countries and very few office‑based roles. Teams meet two to four times yearly in person in interesting locations around the world to align on strategy and execution. Canonical is founder‑led, profitable, and growing. We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, including our sales development representative (SDR) teams. Our SDRs are typically outstanding graduates from STEM fields who would like to join the software industry and are starting their sales career at Canonical. About the Role We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. The primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs, and maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline. You will develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, empathy, and a rigorous work ethic, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and experiment with new outbound approaches to adapt to market changes.
