Specialized in Sales, Marketing & Back-end function Recruitment Responsibilities Market Insights & Product Strategy Conduct comprehensive research on Mexico’s NEV/EV market, including competitors pricing structures, user behavior, and regulatory requirements. Develop localized product strategies and key value propositions for Mexico. Build Go-to-Market (GTM) plans and align with HQ product teams. Manage product lifecycle from introduction to end-of-life for each model. Provide pricing strategy recommendations based on market dynamics. Collaborate with the distributor and sales teams to monitor market performance. Localize product messaging, USP storytelling, and key communication points. Review product brochures, specifications, digital content, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy. Work closely with HQ product/brand teams, distributor partners, and local sales channels. Support launch readiness across marketing, dealer network, and customer experience teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. 3–7 years of experience in the automotive industry (preferred: New Energy Vehicles / Product Management / Product Marketing). Familiarity with the Mexican or Latin American automotive market is preferred. Experience with multinational automakers/new energy vehicle companies is preferred. Fluent in Spanish; knowledge of English or Chinese is a plus. Ability to collaborate across cultural boundaries; experience in liaising with headquarters and dealerships.
