We're looking for a proactive and empathetic HR Generalist to be the cornerstone of our employee experience across the LATAM region. Location: Manzana 12 Lote 10 y 11 Nivel 2, Colonia Gonzalo Guerrero, PLAYA DEL CARMEN , MexicoServe as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Guarantee compliance with all local labor laws in the LATAM region and USA/Canada, regularly updating policies and handling legal matters.Develop training programs for new joiners and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all HR functions.Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with specific knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in the LATAM region and USA/Canada.Hands-on experience with HR Management Systems (HRMS), payroll platforms, and benefits administration.Strong skills in data analysis and reporting using Excel or similar tools.Project management capabilities to lead process improvement initiatives.Enjoy competitive compensation and the chance to contribute to a global leader that truly values its people.
