Job Title: Back Office Support Analyst Location: Remote Details The main role of the Back Office Support Analyst is to process the day‑to‑day operations activities for the back office, processing invoices, payment collection, Salesforce data review and cross‑check, purchasing, vendor payment and troubleshooting. Work with the team to solve the daily problems of the Septics Process operations. Description Creation of client and vendor accounts Invoicing of completed Phases to clients Payment to suppliers registered in SRM Tracking project phases in Sales Force Monitoring & collection of payments on completed phases in contracts Job Competences Communicate the information clearly and concisely to individuals and groups on different situations; inform in a convincing and focused way to promote thinking and actions to others; build commitment while auditing and help others to understand and retain the message. Provide timely guidance and feedback for helping others strengthen fields of knowledge/specific skills required for fulfilling tasks or solving problems. Designate authority to proper people for the decision making and/or the responsibility to the tasks for empowering others, optimizing effectiveness on the organization and individuals. Encourage others so they can look for different and innovative approaches to the end of dealing with problems and opportunities; facilitate the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace. Ensure the customer’s perspective to be the core of activities and business decisions; create and implement service practices that satisfy both customers’ needs and organization’s needs. Set course of actions to others and himself or herself with the purpose of ensuring effectiveness in the job. Identify and understand matters, problems, and opportunities; compare information coming from several sources to conclude; use effective methods for selecting a course of action or propose suitable solutions; make actions consistent to the situations, limitations, and potential consequences. Determine high level goals to be achieved individually or in groups; use measurable methods so he or she can monitor the reaching goal process; work tenaciously for reaching or exceeding those goals and simultaneously get satisfaction due to the fulfilment and the continuous excellence. Create innovative solutions in work situations; try different and original ways to confront problems and work opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/Business Administrator is desired Basic knowledge of finance and accounting operations. Attention to detail Proactive, self‑sufficient in their tasks Actively communicate with the team and related departments in shared tasks seeking to solve them effectively in a timely manner. 3-5 years’ experience in similar functions or positions Comfortable using PC and Internet. High level command of written and spoken English, evaluation will be applied.
