Junior Sourcing Analyst

Role SummaryThis role supports the sourcing team by handling compliance, documentation, process execution, and lighter sourcing tasks. The Junior Analyst will ensure that vendor approval workflows, legal/compliance checklists, technical readiness reviews, and routine sourcing tasks are well-executed, enabling senior resources to focus on high-impact deals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and drive vendor / CSP / data provider approval and onboarding workflows (documentation, checklist completion, status tracking)Liaise with legal, privacy, security, and technical teams to collect required artifacts and ensure compliancePerform vendor due diligence (background checks, KYC, regulatory screening)Support contract template population, preparing draft agreements, change requestsAssist in sourcing tasks: gathering RFP responses, comparative vendor scoring, benchmarkingTrack and maintain vendor performance metrics, SLA compliance dashboardsCoordinate internal stakeholder reviews and sign-off stepsPrepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadershipAct as a documentation keeper: maintain vendor records, audit logs, contract filesHelp coordinate integration and go-live readiness with operations teamsSupport strategy / PMO in ad hoc sourcing or strategic projects (e.g. cost modeling, vendor rationalization)Required Qualifications & Skills5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, compliance, or similarStrong detail orientation, process discipline, and ability to juggle multiple tasksGood understanding of contract lifecycle, data privacy / regulatory basicsSolid Excel skills, comfortable with tracking systems (e.g. vendor management tools, spreadsheets, trackers)Experience with Confluence and Jira or similar platformsClear and professional communication skills in Spanish and EnglishProactive, able to escalate blockers, follow-through on action itemsComfortable working in a fast-paced team across time zonesPreferred / Nice-to-HaveExposure to CSP / telecom / connectivity / API businessExperience in sourcing, vendor management, or compliance in tech / startup settingsFamiliarity with privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD or equivalents)Some exposure to contract work, template negotiationKPIs & Success MetricsVendor onboarding cycle time (e.g. from initiation to approval)Completeness and correctness of vendor documentationNumber of vendor / CSP relationships supportedAccuracy in dashboards / reportsStakeholder satisfaction (senior sourcing, legal, compliance)Number of sourcing tasks delivered (RFP completions, vendor analyses)There’s no perfect candidate.
