This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Process, track and ensure completion of sourcing activities and initiatives, and (ii) Maintain ERP and other business systems for data integrity; resolve discrepancies including invoice issues. Requires 0-2 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

- Process, track and ensure completion of sourcing activities and initiatives
- Maintain ERP and other business systems for data integrity; resolve discrepancies including invoice issues
- Track and analyze supplier spend, commodity, volume, currency, timing and other fluctuations that impact cost reductions and PPV; make recommendation on appropriate action items
- Work collaboratively with other functional areas to follow best practices for identifying and reporting on misses for sourcing KPIs and data discrepancies
- Coordinate with contract management team to ensure timely update of database regarding completed and expiring contractual agreements
- Support the Request for Quote process, utilizing systems for extracting drawings, data and requesting quotes
- Develop supplier business review through data analysis
- Support the request for Bill of Materials Scrubs prior to New Product Development design reviews utilizing systems for extracting data and communicating end of life parts
- Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
