We are passionate about what we do and work exemplarily through collaboration and respect in a cross-cultural environment.As Deputy Director of one of our hotels in the México Complex, you will support the Hotel Director in supervising daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will coordinate departmental performance, optimize resources, and implement action plans aligned with the hotel's strategic objectives.Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of hotel policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with the strategic direction.Supervise Department Managers, providing guidance, coordination, and support to ensure operational excellence across all hotel areas.Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring facilities are fully operational and aligned with brand standards.Support the development and supervision of HR policies, fostering employee engagement, professional growth, and compliance with labor regulations.Participate in the coordination of internal and external audits, ensuring traceability and accuracy of hotel information across all departments (front office, housekeeping, kitchen, F&B, entertainment, spa, maintenance, health & safety, and sustainability).Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork in line with Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts' values and service philosophy.University degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business Administration. Postgraduate studies in Hotel Management are a plus.~3–5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in all-inclusive resort operations.~ Strong understanding of destination markets and intercultural environments, with solid knowledge of hotel operations.~ Fluent in Spanish and English; Proficient in office software and hotel management systems (finance, operations, supply chain).~ Health insurance.
