About the Role Join Afni as an IT Support Services Technician and become a key player in ensuring seamless technology operations across our organization. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support for computer systems, telephony, and network infrastructure, helping maintain productivity and operational uptime in a fast‑paced environment. If you are passionate about technology, problem‑solving, and delivering exceptional service, this is the opportunity for you What You’ll Do Provide end‑user hardware and software support, including troubleshooting PCs, peripherals, and standard desktop applications. Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD, ensuring secure access and compliance. Support telephony systems, network connectivity, and assist with server room maintenance and cabling. Participate in projects and system upgrades, including after‑hours deployments. Assist with automation scripts and operational improvements under guidance. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalations and share knowledge. What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: High school diploma plus technical training and 2–3 years of IT support experience in an enterprise environment. Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and remote support tools. Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and endpoint security practices. Preferred: Experience with Citrix, Intune/SCCM, Azure, and telephony systems (Avaya/Cisco). Certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCP are a plus. Advanced English is required.
