Pix4D is seeking a talented and highly motivated Mexico-based Sales Executive to join our dynamic Americas sales team. This hybrid role is designed for a self‑starter who blends the skills of an effective closer with meticulous lead qualification. You will be the primary steward of inbound lead traffic, responsible for efficiently closing quick, low‑lift transactions while ensuring high‑quality, warm handoffs of high‑potential enterprise accounts to the Senior Sales team. The Sales Representative will manage a network of existing customers, prospective customers, and reseller partners in LATAM. The Executive will recruit resellers and grow our channel business for new products and industries, especially in Geospatial, Asset Inspection, Precision Agriculture, and AEC. Responsibilities Take ownership of assigned territory, understanding its unique market dynamics, customer needs, and competitors Build and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for key industries and sectors in your territory Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels based on PIX4D's ideal customer profile and target market Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with PIX4D resellers Handle full sales cycle for inbound leads within your territory Develop and execute regional and channel‑specific marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales enablement materials Monitor the performance of the region, track sales metrics, and provide regular performance reports to management Gather feedback from clients and market insights to inform product or service development efforts Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and yearly regional sales forecasting Travel 30%-50% to tradeshows, events, and partner meetings in LATAM Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical field Minimum four years Sales or Business Development experience Experience with prospecting, targeting key accounts, cold sales outreach and creating a sales pipeline through outbound activities Experience with inbound and outbound sales, bringing deals from the qualification stage to closed/won Analytical skills for conducting market research, analyzing data, and evaluating the performance of business development initiatives Experience with channel partner identification, recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management Self‑motivated by goals and deadlines and demonstrate a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation skills essential to persuade potential clients/customers to engage with the business Strong networking skills to identify new opportunities and expand professional network Existing contacts and experience in geospatial, engineering, architecture, and construction industries Exceptional organizational, presentation and communication skills – both verbal and written Fluent in English/Spanish (Portuguese highly desirable) Experience selling into any or multiple of the following industries: AEC, Mining, Agriculture, Telecom, Public Safety, DoTs, Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure Legally authorized to work in Mexico Nice To Have/What Makes You Stand Out Existing professional relationships within drone technology, photogrammetry, GIS, or remote sensing Benefits Exciting work with cutting‑edge technology in an international company Flexible working hours Open vacation Development opportunities to boost your career Opportunity to work in a fast‑growing international company, engaging in projects with teammates worldwide Promotion criteria for a clear career path Engage in projects that involve team members around the world Pix4D promotes diversity and offers opportunities across all levels and career paths, regardless of gender, race, or religion.
