As a** Plant Human Resources Business Partner** based at our Toluca Plant and working onsite. you will be responsible to lead the HR Function and support business growth and employee engagement trough talent, Organizational effectiveness, culture and labor strategy for the plant**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Align the HR Strategy to the Plant Strategy building a strong labor strategy (Active Union Model)- Improve team development and effectiveness of the leadership team & all natural teams- Create a vision for Talent strategy in Toluca Plant- Deploy the talent strategy according plant needs: Leadership team, Operational and functional teams.- Developing the next generation of Leaders- Identifying critical HR metrics- Guardian of the Kellogg culture: Kvalues & KPTG- Enhance the organizational culture through corporate programs custody- HR Budget administration- Grow & Develop HR Team.**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**- Experience in the manufacturing sector (Imperative)- Experience in CBA negotiations with active unions (Imperative).- Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, Administration, organizational development, or a closely related field- Graduate degree preferred +4 years of overall experience with at least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing.- English: Advanced**Skills**:- Consulting skills: Including business-facing skills to determine the client’s needs, challenges and people culture- Problem Solving- Talent Management**ABOUT KELLOGG COMPANY**Kellogg Company is a multibillion-dollar company with over 30 thousand employees all over the globe.
