Company Description SMS Mexico, located in Tlalnepantla, offers design, manufacturing, and after-sales service support for information and communication technology (ICT) products. The company's customer base consists of global and regional brand OEMs (original equipment manufacturers).This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at SMS Mexico. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role encompasses leading the creation and execution of HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives and foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing workforce. The HR Manager will act as a strategic business partner, working with department leaders and offering advice on employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and regulatory compliance.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesTalent ManagementDevelop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and retain top talentDesign and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growthManage the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviewsAnalyze compensation data and benchmark against industry standards to ensure competitive and equitable payAdminister the company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time offHR OperationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security protocolsOversee the processing of payroll, timekeeping, and other HR administrative tasksCollaborate with the IT department to implement and maintain HR information systems and technologiesEnsure the company's HR practices and policies comply with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standardsPrepare and submit required HR-related reports and documentation to internal and external stakeholdersOversee company events, trainings, audits, & customer visits arrangements for meals, coffee breaksServe as main point of contact with outsourcing vendors such as cleaning and security servicesBachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the service or tech industryThorough understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-makingRecruitment, Training, and Performance Management skillsExperience in HRIS and HR analyticsFluent in Spanish & EnglishWe are data drivenComplete insurance coverage that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance plus wellness programs.Paid holidays and additional paid time off.Bonus programs that include annual performance, and profit sharing.45,000 to $50,000 per month - Full-timeWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
