Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyone **The key purpose and responsibilities of the role** As Enabling Tech Partner for HR Shared Services, you will oversee technologies leveraged by Shared Services, including case management, portal, knowledge base, telephony/chat, and document management. You will have an opportunity to participate as a core member to reinvent and design new ways of working for HR team. This involves identifying new tools and technology to augment the service delivery, optimizing existing technology/knowledge bases, and building a roadmap to continue to drive the evolution of process delivery and optimizing the associate experience. You will work closely with business HR, HR shared services, and HRIT to gather requirements, build, and implement /enhance new and existing technologies. **Responsibilities** - Ownership of planning, design, build, and implementation for technologies within defined scope in partnership with HRIT and HR Shared services team. - Responsible for gathering requirements to design an optimal solution. - Conduct current assessment of existing technology and develop roadmap to address gaps. - Work with internal procurement and outside vendors to select and implement new technology. - Ensures deadlines are met and work completed per requirements. - Acts as liaison with other departments and management to influence and manage change. - Ownership for portal, case, knowledge base, telephony/chat, and document management systems. - Reporting / Analytics - Daily operation reports and ongoing analytics - Scorecards and trend analysis - Process Improvements - Capacity building - standardization, simplification, automation - Support in transfer of tasks from business HR to the team - Identify & enhance direct access opportunities (portal) - Project and initiative prioritization and management - Training and development for HR Service team on new tools/technologies - Change management and communications for customers (associates, HR, leaders) and all teams within the service delivery category (payroll, COEs) - Functional system business ownership - liaison with HR Systems team and IT **Requirements**: Education and language - Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years’ relevant experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of education) - Previous experience as business ownership of similar systems used in the service category. - English - Advanced/Proficient Computer and software skills - Drives the simplification of work through documentation clarity and consistency across languages, mentions, etc. Project management - Demonstrates project management discipline. - Demonstrate understanding of the CIP process - six sigma training / design thinking desirable. - Have experience running small to medium size projects. - Detail-oriented execution of routine and complex processes. - Work in a structured, measurement-oriented environment. - Manages the portfolio of opportunities and improvement projects related to enabling technologies and prioritizes recommendations. - Continually reviews processes and workflows to determine improvements and efficiencies to build capacity. - Have excellent organizational skills.
