Role (100% greenfield – new business only): Hunt B2B companies in Monterrey (tech, energy, manufacturing, retail, logistics). Cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone. Qualify leads and book discovery calls for Jorge. Research industries and map HR/Talent Acquisition contacts. Who we’re looking for: Current university student or recent grad (Business, Marketing, Engineering, etc.). Proactive, hungry, and not afraid of rejection.
