We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Executive Search team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City offices. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. Responsibilities Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment processes. Provide administrative support to the HR team. Prepare and maintain internal reports and documentation. Collaborate with local and international teams. Assist with sourcing and candidate search activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields. 2 to 3 years of experience as a Human Resources assistant. Advanced English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Experience Background in Senior Executive Recruitment ideally with experience in both Executive Search research and in-house roles. Demonstrated capabilities in research and search execution with a passion for talent sourcing. Working knowledge of Phenom CRM and strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing projects. Proven track record of delivering high-quality work to strict deadlines and sourcing the best talent in the market. Highly developed negotiation and relationship management skills with a commitment to quality and exceptional candidate care. Benefits Hybrid work model (Mexico City or nearby areas).
