We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist to join our SaaS sales team. If you have strong commercial skills, customer service orientation, and the motivation to grow within a global technology company, this role is ideal for you. Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing customer portfolio, focusing on renewals and upsell opportunities. They will build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs with a consultative approach. Manage existing customer portfolios for renewal and upsell opportunities. Build lasting relationships with customers through consultation-based approaches. Required Skills & Qualifications A minimum of one year's experience in SaaS sales required. Demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of accounts successfully managed using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce). Skillful communication in English (oral and written).
