You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, resolving production issues, and supporting business operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide L2 production support for the Flexcube module. Respond to business queries and resolve issues within SLA timelines. ️ Monitor system performance using ITRS , Autosys , and other monitoring tools. Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical incidents. Maintain clear documentation of incidents, RCA, and corrective actions.
