Key Account Manager – Automotive Sector #128640;MStar is looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Key Account Manager who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience within the automotive financing ecosystem. #The ideal candidate understands dealership dynamics, credit placement processes, and the end-to-end commercial cycle in the automotive industry. Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with dealers, F&I teams, commercial managers, and internal business partners.Drive performance of assigned accounts by analyzing placement trends, penetration levels, and growth opportunities.Prepare, manage, and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.Identify and execute commercial strategies to increase credit placement, improve customer experience, and maximize account profitability.Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and dealership needs to propose actionable insights and solutions.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).Advanced English, conversational level.Over 5 years of experience in the automotive sector, specifically at a managerial level in credit placement, financial services, or dealership commercial roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong analytical mindset, proactivity, and the ability to build solid, high-quality relationships.#We are a challenging, forward-looking organization that invests in the continuous development of our people and values the key contributors who move our business forward.
