Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility to work from home. As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will oversee the management and growth of key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaborations. Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, and crafting solutions to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and Account Management
- Experience managing Key Accounts and building strategic client relationships, experience with top 10 Mexico retail companies
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to develop client-specific strategies and identify revenue opportunities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
- Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
- Experience in the retail or commercial industry is a plus
- Bilingual English - Spanish required
