This is a remote, phone-based sales role where you will act as the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing pest control services, qualifying needs, and supporting appointment setting and conversions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment, is comfortable with cold calling, and consistently delivers a professional and engaging customer experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists Educate potential customers on pest control services and treatment solutions Qualify leads, address questions, and identify opportunities for conversion Accurately document all customer interactions, notes, and outcomes in the CRM Schedule service appointments and perform consistent follow-ups with interested leads Maintain a professional, consultative, and customer-focused approach on every call Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting daily activity targets Support outreach efforts to improve customer acquisition and retention Requirements Previous experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or appointment setting Experience selling pest control or home services (HVAC, roofing, inspections, alarms, etc.) is strongly preferred Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily Strong verbal and written English communication skills Experience using CRM and scheduling systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable handling objections and rejection Preferred Tools & Systems (Nice to Have) Experience with pest control or home services CRMs such as FieldRoutes, GorillaDesk, PestPac, Real Green, or similar platforms Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM tools What Success Looks Like Consistent outbound call volume and lead engagement Accurate and timely CRM documentation Professional, positive customer interactions Strong appointment-setting and conversion performance Ability to maintain quality and focus in a fast-paced environment Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Contract Job Function Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
