This includes mobile LED screen solutions for tournaments, sporting events, and community gatherings. The company partners closely with tournament organizers and charity committees to help events generate additional revenue while delivering memorable participant experiences.
The business is well-established, highly reputable, and renews most of its events year after year. Growth is driven by proactive outreach, disciplined follow-up, and long-term relationship building with tournament decision‑makers.
About the RoleThe Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialist will support business growth through outbound calling and prospecting focused on charity golf tournaments and related events. The primary goal is to initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for the owner to close.
This is a client-facing role that requires confidence on the phone, resilience, and the ability to think on your feet during live conversations—without sounding scripted. Outbound Cold CallingMake a high volume of outbound calls to charity golf tournament directors, committee members, and event organizersTarget approximately 30–50 calls per day, depending on hours workedLead Research & GenerationIdentify and research upcoming charity golf tournaments and related eventsBuild contact lists using event flyers, websites, social media, and online sourcesProactively source phone numbers and decision‑maker informationQualify prospects based on event fit, timing, and interestBook qualified meetings for the owner to present and closeExecute consistent multi-touch follow-up with leadsNavigate gatekeepers and initial resistance confidentlyAddress objections related to cost or competition by positioning the service as a revenue‑generation opportunityLog calls, notes, follow-ups, and meetings in Monday.comMaintain clean, organized records to support reporting and performance trackingAssist with basic data entry related to lead generation activitiesHigh energy and enthusiasm for outbound callingCoachable and open to feedback, training, and sales coachingResilient and comfortable with rejectionStrong follow-up discipline without close supervisionProfessional, trust‑building phone presence with U.
