Senior Manager, Hospital Sales – Respiratory Specialty Care GSK is looking for a Senior Manager, Hospital Sales to join our Respiratory Specialty Care team. This field‑based role covers British Columbia and Manitoba and reports directly to the National Sales Director. The ideal candidate resides in BC or Manitoba. Responsibilities Execute strategic business plans that drive hospital customer engagement and maximize the value of GSK’s respiratory portfolio. Lead hospital sales initiatives, foster meaningful customer relationships, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure successful implementation of national strategies. Build and coach a high‑performing hospital sales team to meet business objectives. Develop and execute clear regional business plans aligned with national strategy and local customer needs. Foster strong partnerships with hospital stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to improve patient care. Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and adapt plans based on results. Manage resources effectively while ensuring compliant, ethical execution of all activities. Collaborate closely with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), marketing, and market access teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum 5 years of hospital or healthcare sales experience. Minimum 2 years leading or managing sales teams or projects. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable results. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly across assigned territories. Experience working in hospital formularies, procurement, or pharmacy decision‑making within BC and Manitoba territories. Proven ability to use analytics and CRM tools to drive performance and customer planning. Experience collaborating with medical, marketing, and market access teams. Comfortable leading change in a fast‑paced environment. Bilingual in English and French. Experience managing budgets and expense control. Additional Information This position requires the employee to drive routine company business and includes provision of a company‑leased vehicle. Eligibility for a company vehicle requires satisfactory results from a license verification inquiry and drivers abstract review against GSK’s safe driver program requirements.
