We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team with a leading wholesale apparel company. This role will be key in processing vendor invoices and payments, expense reports and credit card transactions in this high-volume environment. Location: Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and payments, expense reports, and credit card transactions in a high-volume environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role. Experience with SAP ERP system is required. Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial controls. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Advance English Level Valid Visa Ability to identify and resolve problems independently. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the wholesale or apparel industry is a plus.
