A Mexican fintech startup, Klar’s mission is to democratize and revolutionize the delivery of financial services in Mexico, where half of the population does not have a bank account. Junior Business Architect (Operations) We are looking for a self‑starter with strong analytical skills to support Klar’s operational and analytical efforts. The role is based in our Mexico City office, with a hybrid model and requires presence in the office 2–3 times per week. What you can expect Support operational and analytical efforts at Klar. Perform data analysis and present findings. Identify areas for improvement. Automate processes. Work manually in our internal software applications. What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Informatics or a related field. Advanced proficiency in English. Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.). Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL. Basic knowledge of Python. Experience in Tableau is a plus. Problem‑finder and problem‑solver – able to tackle broad questions and generate solutions. Self‑starter and proactive – do not require constant supervision and proactively seek new work streams. Organized and structured – plan, organise and structure efforts for maximum effectiveness. Analytical and critical thinker – use data and evidence instead of hunches. Good written and verbal communication skills – convey findings clearly. Collaborative – willing to help others and ask for help when needed.
