Our mission is to expand customer reach through creative and effective social media and content strategies. Role Overview: We seek a high‑energy, adaptable Social Media Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition. The ideal candidate has experience collaborating across teams, directing multiple brand voices, and independently managing content calendars, campaigns, and digital engagement with minimal supervision. Attention to detail, creativity, and a pulse on social media trends are essential. Responsibilities Manage and execute social media strategies and content for multiple brands. Uphold distinct brand voices, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Create, schedule, and post high‑quality, engaging content (copy, graphics, video) across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and more). Work directly with general managers and founders to coordinate content needs, gather assets, respond to customer inquiries, and fulfill marketing objectives. Handle community engagement, responding to customer interactions. Participate in weekly marketing meetings and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Monitor analytics, report on metrics, and make data‑driven recommendations for improvement. Identify and develop relationships with influencers, create UGC opportunities, and support affiliate programs. Contribute to building content calendars and recommend new ideas aligned with brand objectives. Perform basic design tasks (e.g., Canva graphics) following brand guides. Must‑Haves 3+ years’ experience in social media management, preferably handling multiple brands or working in agency or DTC e‑commerce environments. Demonstrated experience with content creation—copywriting and basic visual design—for digital and social platforms. Hands‑on experience managing and growing TikTok accounts, including content strategy, posting cadence, performance analysis, and trend utilization. Full ownership of TikTok is required. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. High energy, creativity, and adaptability; comfortable switching between different tones and visual styles. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and “fill in the blanks” with limited direction. Proven ability to engage with audiences, create compelling content, and foster community. Capable of providing video submissions as part of the application process. Based in Latin America or a time zone similar to Florida for optimal real‑time engagement. Nice‑to‑Haves Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or supplements/e‑commerce industries. Prior success independently managing content calendars, launches, and influencer projects. Proficiency with standard marketing and social media tools (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, Mailchimp, Canva, Klaviyo). Run basic local paid campaigns (events, promos) on Meta and Google Ads; willingness to learn advanced e‑commerce paid media. Comfortable with basic paid advertising and willing to learn advanced marketing operations.
