Position Summary We are looking for a Business System Analyst to join our technology team at our Ensenada Center of Excellence. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support, system analysis, or similar IT roles who want to grow their skills in system onboarding and configuration, troubleshooting, and data analysis. Essential Job Duties/Primary Responsibilities Help with system setup, user access, and configuration updates Review and adjust business rules using basic logic expressions Investigate and resolve technical issues reported internally through the ticketing system Use SQL to look up information, validate data, or help diagnose system problems Support data migrations and integrations by preparing queries or reviewing data Document system changes, configurations, and testing results Participate in system improvement projects by providing analysis and helping coordinate updates Work with the IT team when network support is needed for system operations Job Qualifications/Education Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1.5 to 3 years of experience in a technical support, system analyst, QA, or IT operations role Basic understanding of SQL and interest in developing stronger database skills Strong attention to detail and ability to document work clearly Comfortable learning new systems and working with cross-functional teams Basic knowledge of software development concepts (e.g., APIs, data structures, system logic, or coding fundamentals) Benefits Monday to Friday schedule Weekly payment By law benefits starting on your hire date Additional Time Off beyond those required by law Weekly grocery vouchers (vales de despensa Pluxee) Meal subsidy ($1000 MXN Monthly) via voucher card Appreciation gifts based on seniority Wholesale store membership sponsorship Telehealth and Wellness events and activities Prescription glasses benefit Birthday bonus, and more great appreciation benefits Internal education & professional training programs Career growth opportunities Monthly events with sponsored lunch or snacks Permanent / Full-time position on-site Schedule Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM PT #J-18808-Ljbffr
