Oferta de trabajo: IT Business Analyst - ALLEGION MÉXICO**Responsabilidades**:- Definir soluciones ideales y prácticas de sistemas empresariales que impulsen la estandarización dentro de la cadena de suministro. Esto incluye la recopilación de requisitos, la estimación de esfuerzo/costo y la documentación de casos de negocio.- Brindar soporte de ERP en situaciones de requerimientos o desafíos complejos que requieran un profundo conocimiento.- Colaborar activamente con los usuarios clave para buscar formas de optimizar aún más el uso del sistema y las mejores prácticas.- Participación activa en futuras implementaciones estratégicas de ERP.- Experiência demostrada en actualizaciones y/o implementaciones importantes de ERP.- Mantenerse actualizado con la versión más reciente del ERP, identificando oportunidades para optimizar su uso.- Desafiar y colaborar con el área de negocio en relación a sus procesos y suposiciones actuales para definir las mejores soluciones para las necesidades del negocio.- Trabajar de forma independiente, así como colaborar con otros.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Informática, Ingeniería en Sistemas o campos relacionados.- Experiência mínima de 5 años como analista de negocio en TI, preferiblemente en el área de cadena de suministro.- Conocimiento profundo de sistemas empresariales y habilidades en soluciones ERP.- Habilidades demostradas de comunicación, análisis y resolución de problemas.- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar eficazmente con personas de diferentes níveles y departamentos.- Fuerte capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y gestionar proyectos de manera efectiva.Si cumples con los requisitos anteriores y estás interesado en formar parte de nuestro equipo, nos encantaría recibir tu CV.
