You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with sellers, qualifying leads, and ensuring they’re ready for the next steps. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential sellers to build trust and establish rapport. Qualify leads through meaningful conversations, understanding their motivations and needs. Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships over time. Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth handoffs. Keep detailed records in the CRM, tracking all interactions and updates. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 years in sales or lead management, ideally in real estate. Relationship Building: Strong ability to connect with sellers and build trust. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to adapt to various personalities.
