Mexico Accounting AnalystCalle Juan Ignacio Ramón 801 Ote, Monterrey, NL *****MROFFFull-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:30am - 5:30pmOVERVIEWWorking as Full-time Mexico Accounting Analyst, you will enjoy the opportunity of leading and performing a variety of accounting duties.RESPONSIBILITIESProcessing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting period close activities, including general ledger reconciliations, account analysis, and statutory reportingAnalyzing accounting processes focused on enhancements and efficiencies for various accounting systems and proceduresDesigning and managing projects to ensure compliance, enhance, and improve the financial accounting needs of the companyMeasuring, monitoring, coordinating, and communicating status updates on various accounting projects and goalsSetting strategic goals including developing, training, and motivating others to optimize business resultsPerforming special projects, analysis, and other administrative tasks as necessaryREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONSPossess or are working towards a bachelor's degree in an Accounting OR have relevant work experienceProficient using Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and oral communication skillsHighly motivated, self directed and customer service orientedDemonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgencyDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilitiesExhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skillsWillingness to manage results driven projectsLearn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentWork independently as well as in a team environmentDemonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamworkAbility to speak fluent Spanish and EnglishPREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONSPossess a valid United States VisaProficient using PeopleSoftABOUT USSince **** Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
