Buscamos a nuestro próximo Head of Sales LATAM (Based in CDMX), para liderar nuestra expansión y consolidación en la región. Desde CDMX, serás el motor que impulse la estrategia de adquisición de nuevos clientes en nuestros tres mercados clave: México, Chile y Perú. Si eres un líder con ADN comercial, experto en venta consultiva Enterprise y te apasiona escalar modelos SaaS B2B, este desafío es para ti. Responsabilidades Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas para los mercados de México, Chile y Perú. Liderar la gestión integral del área de Sales LATAM, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y metas comerciales. Dirigir, desarrollar y motivar al equipo de ventas, estableciendo metas claras, KPIs y planes de crecimiento. Liderar procesos de venta consultiva B2B, incluyendo ciclos de venta complejos con múltiples stakeholders. Trabajar de manera colaborativa con el equipo de Presales en la prospección de nuevos mercados, cuentas y oportunidades. Impulsar iniciativas de desarrollo de negocios y expansión comercial. Definir y dar seguimiento a indicadores comerciales, forecast, pipeline y performance del equipo. Coordinar estrategias con el área de Marketing para generación de demanda, posicionamiento y crecimiento del pipeline. Asegurar el correcto uso y adopción del CRM (Salesforce) para el seguimiento de oportunidades, métricas y reportes. Analizar resultados comerciales y proponer mejoras continuas en procesos, estructura y estrategia. Actuar como referente comercial ante stakeholders internos y externos. Requerimientos Experiencia: mínimo 6 años en roles comerciales, con trayectoria probada liderando equipos de ventas. Experiencia liderando ventas consultivas B2B en SaaS, ecommerce, marketplaces o plataformas B2B. Sólida experiencia en ventas complejas con múltiples decisores y C-Level. Haber liderado equipos comerciales orientados a resultados y crecimiento regional. Conocimientos y experiencia en: Estrategia comercial, desarrollo de negocios, Indicadores y seguimiento comercial, trabajo con Marketing Gestión de CRM (Salesforce) Capacidad para definir procesos, escalar equipos y estructurar áreas comerciales. Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y negociación. Formación académica: Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines. Inglés avanzado (deseable). #J-18808-Ljbffr
