Job Description We are seeking a Special Desktop Assistant to support the technical coordination and documentation of specialized systems in data center construction, including security platforms, BMS, fire detection, and structured cabling. Responsibilities Assist in reviewing and organizing drawings, datasheets, and technical documentation for special systems installations. Support tracking of RFIs, submittals, and integration updates across trades. Maintain configuration records, version control logs, and component registries. Collaborate with the Special Systems Lead to prepare test scripts, inspection forms, and commissioning materials. Liaise with site teams to ensure installed systems align with documentation and scope. Qualifications Technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Telecommunications. 3–5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or industrial environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and documentation platforms. Fluent in Spanish and English, with attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
