Job Description

We are seeking a
Special Desktop Assistant
to support the technical coordination and documentation of specialized systems in data center construction, including
security platforms
,
BMS
,
fire detection
, and
structured cabling
.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and organizing drawings, datasheets, and technical documentation for special systems installations.
• Support tracking of RFIs, submittals, and integration updates across trades.
• Maintain configuration records, version control logs, and component registries.
• Collaborate with the Special Systems Lead to prepare test scripts, inspection forms, and commissioning materials.
• Liaise with site teams to ensure installed systems align with documentation and scope.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in
  Electronics
  ,
  Mechatronics
  , or
  Telecommunications
  .
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or industrial environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and documentation platforms.
• Fluent in
  Spanish and English
  , with attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
