ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of tenant monthly rents received/dueEnter vendor invoicesReview Owner accounts and processes monthly Owner disbursements in Appfolio Property Management SystemProcess move-out accounting (Security Deposit Dispositions)Post bank deposits and apply payments/credits to customer accounts or appropriate GL accountsPrepare yearly ****sAssist with monthly reconciliationsResearch discrepancies in accounting transactionsAssist with special accounting projects as neededPerform other duties as assignedAnalyze the general ledger and ensure it is accurate and balancedInteracting with management, customers, vendors, and customersRequirementsExcellent analytical, computational, and mathematical abilitiesExcellent English both written and verbalProficient in bookkeeping programs & related PM software (Appfolio)2 years of accounting experienceKnowledge of computer software (QuickBooks, GSuite, MS Office)Independent InitiativePositive Team Player - Communicate and work well with the teamSalaryYou can get up to 8USD per hour, plus other incentives.Salary: $****** - $****** per hourExperienceAccounting: 2 years (required)LanguageEnglish (required)License/CertificationQuickbooks certification (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
