Primary Homeroom Teacher – 2025–2026 School YearAre you ready to rethink education?At Welfare Institute, we’re not a traditional school—and we’re not looking for traditional teachers.Our approach is hands-on, student-centered, and deeply rooted in curiosity. We combine Montessori principles, project-based learning, and social-emotional development to create meaningful, real-world experiences.Our educational model includes learning through real-life projects instead of tests or homework. 80% of instruction is delivered in English. Emotional intelligence and healthy relationships are emphasized daily. Wellbeing, movement, and nutrition are fully integrated into the curriculum. Classrooms are flexible and allow students to choose how and where they learn.At Welfare, teachers are guides who connect, inspire, and adapt to each student’s learning journey.What You’ll DoYou will lead a primary-grade homeroom with structure, consistency, and heart. You’ll design inquiry-based lessons that spark curiosity and active participation. You'll build a classroom culture centered on student voice, independence, and collaboration. You’ll co-create interdisciplinary learning experiences with colleagues and maintain clear communication with families.Required QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience teaching at the primary level. Full fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A valid teaching certification or license is necessary.
