**Now Hiring for the School Year****Homeroom and Team Teacher Opportunities**At Welfare Institute, we break away from traditional education to foster student-centered, curiosity-driven learning. We are currently seeking dedicated and bilingual educators who are passionate about creating meaningful classroom experiences and committed to continuous professional growth in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.**Homeroom Teacher (Minimum 2 years of experience)**- Lead a homeroom group with confidence and consistency.- Design and implement effective lesson plans for diverse learners.- Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with families and staff.**Team Teachers (At least 1 year of experience with young children (teaching, internships, service, or camps))**Support lead teachers in planning and delivering lessonsCollaborate actively in team and school-wide initiativesHigh energy, creativity, and strong classroom presenceOpen to relearning, unlearning, and growingComfortable working in a collaborative, non-traditional setting**_ Full English_**_ fluency (spoken, written, and reading); Spanish is a strong asset._- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field._- Valid teaching certification or license._- Experience with progressive methodologies (e.g., Inquiry-Based Learning, PBL, IB)._**Preferred Qualifications**- Master’s degree in Education.- Training in Readers & Writers Workshop.- Apple Certified Educator.- Experience with co-teaching models and the Reggio Emilia approach.- Strong background in classroom-based instruction.**Employee Benefits**Above-average benefits package, including savings fund, bonus, leave days, and more.
