The Junior Marketing Data Analyst will play a critical role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to inform and optimize our advertising and social media strategies. This individual will work closely with the data and marketing teams to track performance metrics, evaluate advertising spend, and provide actionable insights to drive growth.Your core focus areas and responsibilities will be:ResponsibilitiesExtract and analyze marketing data from various sources, including social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and paid media campaigns.Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to advertising spend and campaign performance.Build and maintain spreadsheets, utilizing advanced Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting.Generate detailed reports to share insights and recommendations with the marketing team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data analysis with marketing strategies.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms and reports.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field.Proven experience in marketing data, including social media advertising and paid media campaigns. With mastering in Excel, Power BI and/or data analyticsStrong understanding of marketing KPIs and their impact on performance.Proficiency in spreadsheet tools, including advanced Excel formulas and functions.Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools.Technical skills in data extraction and reporting tools; experience with BI tools is a plus.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Strong organizational and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
