OverviewVisit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Sales & Proposal Development Associate to join our remote team. The position will sit at the intersection of business development and strategic storytelling, playing a key role in winning new business by creating compelling proposals, sales decks, and RFP responses. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to showcase our social impact solutions and help clients understand the value we bring. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.Please note: This remote role is a contract position (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) that is based in Argentina. Some of our customers include Colgate, Paramount, Visa, Ancestry, Tommy Bahama, and more.ResponsibilitiesDevelop persuasive and customized proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses for prospective clientsCraft narratives that connect data, visuals, and business needs into a cohesive story for prospective clientsCollaborate with Account Executives to align proposal strategy with client needs, goals, and decision-making criteriaMaintain and update a library of sales enablement materials and templatesSupport end-to-end proposal lifecycle: intake, drafting, review, submission, and post-submission follow-upsAnalyze win/loss trends and continuously improve proposal quality and strategyCoordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Event Operations, Product, Marketing) to gather accurate, up-to-date proposal inputRequirements1 to 3 years of experience in proposal development, sales support, or marketing—preferably in a B2B or mission-driven environmentExcellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skillsStrong project management and time management abilities; comfortable working on tight deadlinesAdvanced proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Slides (for pitch decks), Docs (for RFPs), and Sheets (for impact and performance data)Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and proposal platforms (e.g., PandaDoc, Qwilr, or similar) is a plusPassion for social impact and a genuine desire to help companies do good in the worldExperience working in a fast-paced startup environmentPassion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technologyBenefitsThis is a remote, full-time role with a competitive salary and health benefits.Competitive salaryMission-aligned company events/volunteeringInclusive, exciting start-up cultureAccelerated career & personal growthCulture Club and moreSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: ContractJob function: IT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Visit.org by 2xNoteSDR for LATAM with experience in SaaS – Only candidates from Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay will be considered #J-18808-Ljbffr
